6-Word Stories

Peru reminds us what is real.

Another Peru expedition, another soccer defeat.

IMG959251Seeking the sacred binds us together.

El Condor Pasa drove me loco.

Beautiful piece of time still standing.

From there to here – never alone.

Cantamos, vivimos, disfrutamos, e hicimos memorias

More potatoes. Once again we gormandize.

Under an uncertain Apu, we wait.

Appreciate the moments when you overcome.

Pass me the life well lived.

Chacos used for everything except skiing.

IMG959474Quieres llamas? No. Cállate el pico!

Altitude tired, blinding views, mind blown.

Crisp shadows, hanging glaciers, clouds cleared.

Gringo group gaily gallops going home.

Humble people, golden hearts, goodbye Peru.IMG959371

I apologize for being facetious. I was so happy to see another post; they are all such a treasure. The six-word synopsis idea is remarkable and everyone rose up to the challenge with brilliant individual interpretations. Thank you all. Nice to be home, cozy and warm and ready for your next
semester. I think I’ve adopted all of you as my great grandchildren, including all staff members. ❤️
